SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

SnapScope operates an SMS messaging program that allows property managers and landlords ("Users") to send bid invitations, scope-of-work links, and related repair job communications to contractors ("Recipients") via SMS text message.

Messages are sent from (833) 390-7052 on behalf of Users of the SnapScope platform.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Recipients will typically receive one (1) SMS per repair job invitation from each SnapScope user. Additional follow-up messages may be sent at the discretion of the landlord.

3. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. SnapScope does not charge Recipients for SMS messages.

4. How to Opt Out

Recipients may opt out of SMS messages from SnapScope at any time by replying STOP to any message received. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

You may also opt out by contacting us at sms-optout@snapscope.us with your phone number.

5. Help

For help, reply HELP to any SnapScope message or contact support@snapscope.us.

6. Supported Carriers

SnapScope SMS messages are supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers or devices.

7. Privacy

Recipient phone numbers are used solely to deliver bid invitations on behalf of SnapScope landlord users. We do not sell or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. See our full Privacy Policy.

8. For SnapScope Users (Landlords)

By using the SMS feature in SnapScope, you agree that:

• You are contacting contractors with a legitimate, existing business relationship or purpose (soliciting bids for repair work).
• You will not use SMS for harassment, spam, or any unlawful purpose.
• You will honor opt-out requests promptly.
• You are responsible for complying with applicable messaging laws including the TCPA.
